Maintenance Manager (80–100%)

About the role

Lead aircraft maintenance at the heart of aviation. You will head the technical maintenance operation of our EASA Part-CAO organisation at Zurich Airport, maintaining aircraft up to 2,730 kg MTOM as a Diamond Aircraft Service Center.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the maintenance team and daily technical operation.
• Plan and supervise maintenance on MFGZ-owned and professional customer aircraft across types such as C172, DA40, DA42, BR23, PA28, M22P and SR22, in accordance with our CAE.
• Ensure high standards of quality, safety and regulatory compliance.
• Develop the team and improve processes, bringing your ideas and experience to the role.

Required profile

• EASA Part-66 B1.2 licence with Group 3 rating for metal and composite aircraft.
• 5+ years in aviation, including at least 2 years in aircraft maintenance.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Structured, reliable and safety-focused.
