Director of Marketing

About the role

This Director of Marketing position is based in Switzerland and focuses on building a high‑performance growth engine for a fast‑scaling SaaS product. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution to drive measurable revenue impact across acquisition, activation, and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Design and scale customer acquisition across paid, organic, lifecycle, partnership, and product‑led channels.
• Develop and execute data‑driven growth strategies aimed at pipeline generation and revenue expansion.
• Build repeatable systems to improve conversion throughout the full funnel.
• Lead demand‑generation initiatives and optimize performance‑marketing programs.
• Define experimentation frameworks and improve attribution, reporting, and analytics.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to enhance onboarding, activation, retention, and messaging.
• Strengthen product positioning and go‑to‑market narratives in a competitive SaaS landscape.
• Mentor a lean marketing team, balancing leadership with hands‑on work.

Required profile

• Proven experience in growth or demand‑generation marketing within B2B SaaS organizations.
• Track record of owning key performance metrics such as pipeline, CAC, conversion rates, or revenue growth.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in funnel analysis, attribution, and experimentation.
• Experience in product‑led growth environments and improving product‑adoption metrics.
