Director of Operations and Supply Chain

About the role

Corintis is seeking an experienced Director of Operations and Supply Chain to lead demand planning, ERP and supply chain functions for its micro‑fluidic cooling technology business. The role is based onsite in St‑Sulpice, Switzerland and reports to the executive team.

Key responsibilities

• Align account management, sales, finance, machine vendors and contract manufacturers to drive Capex governance and manufacturing expansion.
• Own end‑to‑end ERP processes from purchase order receipt through order acknowledgement, manufacturing scheduling, shipment, invoicing and revenue recognition, and evaluate the suitability of the current Odoo system.
• Manage RMA processes, internal supply‑chain team, logistics, packaging and inventory while coordinating working capital with the CFO.
• Maintain critical vendor relationships, ensure dual sourcing, business continuity and compliance with trade and customer requirements.

Required profile

• 10‑15+ years of experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role in manufacturing operations, demand planning or supply chain.
• Background in hardware, semiconductor, electronics or precision manufacturing, preferably within fast‑paced data‑centre supply chains.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
