Director of Sales (Aviation)

About the role

We are seeking a Director of Sales to lead revenue growth for Private Jet Services, a premium managed aviation offering within Elevate Aviation Group. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales and Global Strategic Partnerships, you will work remotely to build direct client relationships and expand our charter, membership, and flight‑management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage new high‑value accounts, schedule client visits and educate third‑party resellers on our product portfolio.
• Prospect outbound leads, convert pre‑qualified contacts into net‑new clients, and generate revenue against quota.
• Prepare proposals, quotes and bids to secure trip contracts.
• Represent Private Jet Services at industry tradeshows and follow up on generated leads.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts, acting as a brand ambassador for the PJS culture.

Required profile

• Highly organized with a proven ability to execute inside and outside sales strategies.
• Experience managing demanding high‑end clients with utmost confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 2+ years aviation experience and 4‑7 years hospitality/sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with contact‑management CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
