About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide deskside and end‑user IT support at a client location in Visp, Switzerland.

Key responsibilities

Provide deskside and face‑to‑face support for hardware, software, desktop, laptop, and printer issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents using ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools.
Support Windows and macOS environments, including installation, configuration, deployment, and re‑imaging of computers.
Manage Active Directory tasks such as user accounts, password resets, and video‑conferencing setup.
Assist with IT asset management, hardware replacements, and follow security and service‑level procedures.

Required profile

3–5 years of desktop, deskside, or IT support experience.
At least 3 years of face‑to‑face support experience.
Fluent in French and German, with business‑level English.
Eligibility to work in Switzerland and ability to start ASAP.

Required skills

Windows and macOS operating systems.
Active Directory.
SCCM or JAMF.
Networking fundamentals (VLAN, DHCP, DNS).
ServiceNow or similar ticketing system.
