E-commerce, CRM & Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Memo Paris, Floraiku Paris and Hermetica Paris are sister brands and family-owned companies founded in 2007. They are looking for a manager to lead CRM and website animation for several brands of the group, online and in boutiques, across Europe and the United States. The position is based in Geneva or Paris, depending on the candidate's profile.

Key responsibilities

• Build a multi-brand, full-funnel CRM strategy: one CRM plan per brand and market, covering sign-up, welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, loyalty and VIP, and win-back.
• Manage online and in-store campaigns: Shopify and Shopify POS data connected, boutique newsletters, and support for store teams.
• Run campaigns in Klaviyo from brief to send, including newsletters, launches and key moments, while WhatsApp and SMS campaigns are handled by a partner agency.
• Manage the database: segmentation, marketing pressure, consent, deliverability, KPIs, A/B tests and clear recommendations.
• Animate Shopify websites: homepage, banners, collections, product pages and launches, with offers such as gifts with purchase and discount codes aligned to the CRM calendar.
• Monitor traffic and conversion with Shopify Analytics and GA4, and work with media agencies (Meta, Google, TikTok), brand, product and retail teams.
• Stay curious about AI and use it with discernment, in service of the quality and emotion of the brands' creations.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in CRM or e-commerce, ideally in luxury, beauty or fragrance.
• Experience running CRM for several brands or markets at once.
• Fluent English and French at minimum; other languages are a plus.
