E-Commerce & CRM Manager (Shopify & Klaviyo)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on E‑Commerce & CRM Manager to own the day‑to‑day management and continuous improvement of our Shopify store and Klaviyo email marketing. You will ensure an excellent customer experience, flawless campaign execution and drive engagement, retention and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily management of the Shopify store, including content, product pages, navigation, merchandising and campaign landing pages.
• Set up and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches and promotions across markets and languages.
• Monitor website performance, identify issues and coordinate with external developers when needed.
• Manage operational execution of Klaviyo email campaigns, segmentation, testing and scheduling.
• Build and optimise automated email flows throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Track and analyse e‑commerce and CRM metrics, support A/B testing and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in e‑commerce, CRM or digital marketing, preferably with a consumer or DTC brand.
• Strong practical experience with Shopify (content management, merchandising, campaigns).
• Strong practical experience with Klaviyo (campaign execution, segmentation, automated flows).
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to work with data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Excellent written and spoken English and a proactive, independent attitude.
