About the role
On’s Creative Studio is seeking a senior copy leader to craft compelling stories for global football campaigns. The role works closely with Creative Directors and Art Directors to shape concepts that resonate across all channels.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Art Directors to conceive and execute innovative campaigns across film, OOH, and 360° media.
- Present creative ideas grounded in strategy, sports insights, and cultural trends.
- Maintain and evolve On’s distinctive, fearless voice while leading diverse sports categories.
- Manage multiple high‑priority campaigns, making independent creative decisions under tight timelines.
Required profile
- Seasoned copywriter with a portfolio that includes film scripts, manifestos, OOH, and disruptive activations.
- Deep understanding of sports culture, performance storytelling, and global digital user journeys.
- Proven ability to lead teams, inspire creativity, and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- Passion for culture, fashion, and performance sports.
