Electronic Trainer

About the role

The Electronic Trainer is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and continuously improving electronic and control systems across the factory, with dedicated ownership of the overall Track and Trace systems.

Key responsibilities

• Own, maintain and improve factory Track and Trace systems, ensuring reliable operation and proper escalation.
• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair electronic and automation equipment such as PLCs, HMIs, drives, sensors and industrial networks.
• Define training needs, develop practical learning content and coach technicians to upskill electronic competencies.
• Support safety procedures, ESTI inspections, change management and documentation of electrical drawings and schematics.

Required profile

• Technical education or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Electronic, Automation or Controls Engineering.
• Proven experience with industrial electronic systems, automation equipment and production control systems.
• Fluent in English and German.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, S7, Beckhoff, servo drives, sensors and industrial networks.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and electronic schematics and technical documentation.
• Experience with Track and Trace systems, SAP Maintenance transactions and programming in S7 and TwinCAT II.
