Electronics Engineer

About the role

Develop avionics systems that enable advanced aerospace vehicles to fly, communicate, navigate, and perform critical missions. As an Electronics Engineer you will design, integrate, and test flight‑critical electronic hardware, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to turn innovative concepts into reliable, high‑performance products.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and test flight computer hardware, including schematic capture, PCB layout and manufacturing file preparation.
• Own the full hardware development lifecycle from requirements gathering, prototyping, bring‑up and validation.
• Develop and maintain automated test‑bench software scripts in a Linux environment to validate avionics functionality.
• Act as primary technical contact for your hardware modules, coordinating with mechanical, GNC and system teams.
• Perform system integration, functional testing, fault handling and diagnostics on lab and field hardware.
• Support flight‑testing preparation, telemetry monitoring and field operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Aerospace or Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 2+ years hands‑on experience developing avionics or complex hardware systems.
• Highly structured, organized, detail‑oriented with strong communication skills.

Required skills

• PCB design and layout using Altium.
• Software scripting in Python, C/C++ or Bash for hardware testing on Linux.
• Embedded C/C++ programming and experience with microcontrollers such as STM32.
• Use of lab equipment: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, electronic loads, JTAG.
• Knowledge of serial protocols and interfaces: SPI, I2C, CAN, UART.
