Enterprise Account Partner – DACH Region

About the role

Join Veeva’s Enterprise Account Partner team to help Europe’s leading pharmaceutical companies bring products to market faster. You will act as the primary contact for VP and C‑level executives, positioning Veeva’s Commercial Cloud solutions and driving long‑term strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Protect and expand Veeva’s footprint through daily account management and operational excellence.
• Manage client partnerships for Commercial, aiming to become a trusted long‑term partner.
• Develop and implement account vision, strategy, and ways of working.
• Serve as the ambassador for customers within Veeva, focusing on their needs.
• Actively nurture relationships with decision‑makers across Commercial, Medical, IT, and procurement.
• Navigate complex sales cycles, articulate value propositions, and negotiate contracts and renewals.
• Manage account administration and provide input for accurate forecasting.
• Stay current with industry trends and expand knowledge of Veeva’s legacy and novel offerings.

Required profile

• 8+ years of combined experience in software sales or consulting.
• Deep understanding of the Life Sciences industry and digital transformation for Commercial.
• Proven track record of cultivating multi‑layered relationships across business, IT, and procurement functions.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• High sense of urgency and strong work ethic to meet customer needs.
• Self‑starter with minimal need for direct supervision.
• Based in Germany or Switzerland.
