About the role
We are seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to lead high‑value SaaS sales initiatives across Fortune 500 and multinational organisations. The role is remote‑first, offering the chance to shape go‑to‑market strategy, drive revenue growth and build long‑term executive relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and scale enterprise sales operations focused on complex, high‑value SaaS deals.
- Own team revenue performance, quota attainment, pipeline generation and strategic account growth.
- Develop and execute long‑term account strategies to strengthen customer relationships and maximise revenue.
- Drive disciplined pipeline management, forecast accuracy and deal inspection using MEDDPICC and value‑based selling.
- Conduct regular deal reviews, pipeline assessments and account planning sessions.
- Lead negotiations with procurement, legal, technical and executive stakeholders.
- Build trusted‑advisor relationships and deliver business cases, ROI models and value propositions.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer success and product teams to support adoption, retention and expansion.
- Analyse sales performance metrics, pipeline health and forecasting trends to identify risks and opportunities.
- Mentor, hire and develop high‑performing enterprise sales professionals and establish scalable sales processes.
- Represent the organisation at industry events and conferences to strengthen market presence.
Required profile
- 10 + years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including leadership of enterprise sales teams.
- Proven track record of selling complex, multi‑stakeholder solutions to Fortune 500 or global accounts.
- Hands‑on sales leader who thrives in complex sales environments and combines strategic thinking with operational rigor.
- Strong ability to build executive‑level relationships and influence cross‑functional teams.
