About the role
ActAI is seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence to work directly with founders and senior leaders on high‑priority initiatives across hiring, market expansion, partnerships, operations, and growth. This is a hands‑on, generalist role for individuals who enjoy turning ideas into execution and creating impact from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Drive high‑priority projects across hiring, operations, growth, and market expansion.
- Build relationships with candidates, recruiters, universities, communities, and external partners.
- Support new market launches and expansion initiatives.
- Identify opportunities and solve operational challenges.
- Represent ActAI at events, communities, and external engagements.
- Work closely with founders on strategic initiatives and take ownership of projects from concept through execution.
Required profile
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to operate independently with limited structure.
- High ownership, bias toward action, and willingness to tackle unfamiliar challenges.
- Comfortable working across multiple functions and disciplines.
- Strong alignment with ActAI's mission and ambition.
