Executive Director

About the role

ERA Group is seeking an entrepreneurial Executive Director to lead its cost‑management and business‑optimisation practice. You will run your own consulting practice within a global brand, shaping the market, building a team and expanding a client portfolio while leveraging ERA’s proven methodologies and worldwide network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cost optimisation, procurement and performance‑improvement programmes across multiple industries.
• Develop and grow a client portfolio through business development and long‑term partnerships.
• Define the practice’s strategic direction, go‑to‑market approach and team leadership.
• Engage directly with C‑level executives to deliver measurable savings and transformation.

Required profile

• Extensive consulting or senior leadership experience in cost management, procurement or performance improvement.
• Proven track record of client acquisition and successful project delivery.
• Deep expertise in at least one sector such as Pharma/Life Sciences, Energy/Utilities, Manufacturing, Consumer or Logistics.
• Confidence engaging with C‑suite stakeholders and leveraging a professional network.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ambition to build and grow a consulting practice.
