Senior Manager – Wealth Management / Asset Management

About the role

PwC’s Financial Services Strategy & Transformation practice in Zurich is seeking a Senior Manager to advise leading wealth managers, asset managers, private banks, family offices and other financial institutions on strategic and transformation priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders across the full wealth and asset management value chain.
• Lead the design and delivery of strategic transformation initiatives, covering operating models, processes, organisational structures, products, services and technology‑enabled change.
• Manage complex transformation programmes and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring successful outcomes from strategy through execution.
• Collaborate with PwC’s broader consulting practice to deliver integrated solutions and thought leadership.
• Drive business development by building client relationships, identifying opportunities and contributing to proposals.
• Leverage emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, to create innovative solutions for clients.
• Support clients in investment management system selection, target operating model definition and data model design.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in wealth management, asset management or related financial services consulting.
• Proven ability to lead senior‑level client engagements and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Strong track record in business development and thought‑leadership activities.
• Continuous learning mindset with deep industry expertise.
