Field Commercial Training Partner – Global Learning Lead

About the role

The Field Commercial Training Partner will shape and deliver the learning strategy for global field commercial teams within the Customer Engagement & Operations function. Working across therapeutic areas, you will design scalable learning solutions, lead onboarding programmes and foster a patient‑centric learning culture worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the cross‑therapeutic‑area learning strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Lead the end‑to‑end onboarding programme for SMA, FA, AD, PPD and pipeline assets.
• Conduct performance needs assessments and translate findings into actionable learning interventions.
• Design and deliver scalable learning solutions for global field commercial teams.
• Manage and continuously improve the CE&O Coaching Programme.
• Partner with affiliates, local training leads and cross‑functional stakeholders to co‑create curricula.
• Adapt communication and learning approaches for diverse regional audiences.
• Oversee programme governance, timelines, budgets and SOP compliance.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of pharmaceutical learning and training experience.
• Strong sense of ownership, resilience and adaptability in a matrixed environment.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented with excellent stakeholder‑management skills.
• Analytical thinker with solid project‑management capabilities.
• Ability to influence through credibility and collaboration rather than authority.
