Finance Analyst – FP&A & Business Partnering

About the role

Biosynth® is seeking a Finance Analyst to support commercial, operational, R&D and supply‑chain teams. You will turn financial data into actionable insights, aid decision‑making and help improve overall business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and business partnering for Commercial, Operations, R&D and Supply Chain.
• Translate data into clear insights, highlighting trends, risks and opportunities.
• Assist in forecasting, budgeting and monthly performance reporting together with FP&A and Accounting.
• Support initiatives to improve financial processes, reporting tools and data quality.
• Analyse pricing, margin development and resource allocation.
• Deliver timely, accurate and well‑structured financial analysis for stakeholder discussions.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Previous finance experience, preferably with exposure to FP&A, reporting or business analysis.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, sometimes undefined environment.
• Strong analytical abilities and solid understanding of financial modelling.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both financial and non‑financial colleagues.
• Fluency in English and willingness to work in an international setting.

Required skills

• SAP or other ERP systems (beneficial).
• Power BI or similar data‑visualisation tools.
• Financial modelling.
