Finance Business Partner (Product & Technology)

About the role

This high‑impact commercial finance position supports Product and Technology leadership in Switzerland. You will sit at the intersection of finance, data, and product strategy, turning complex datasets into actionable insights that guide investment decisions and product road‑maps.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the commercial voice in product planning and roadmap prioritisation discussions.
• Analyse large datasets to uncover drivers of ARR, retention, churn and expansion.
• Translate product and customer behaviour data into clear strategic insights.
• Define, design and maintain product and commercial KPIs across teams.
• Deliver structured reporting on product performance and financial outcomes for senior leadership.
• Own workforce and capacity allocation models to optimise investment decisions.
• Support segmented product P&Ls and pricing/packaging analysis.
• Evaluate the financial impact of strategic product and commercial initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in finance business partnering, commercial analysis or consulting, preferably in SaaS or technology environments.
• Strong financial modelling skills and ability to build business cases for senior stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, churn and LTV:CAC.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets and turning them into business insights.
• Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex analysis for non‑finance audiences.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, scaling organisation.
