Flying Pharmacy Coordinator

About the role

MSF OCG is seeking a Flying Pharmacy Coordinator to support its field missions. The role is field‑based with periodic visits to the headquarters in Geneva and contributes directly to the organization’s humanitarian medical response.

Key responsibilities

• Support cell missions to implement and manage pharmacies and medical stock in line with OCG norms and standards.
• Collaborate with medical coordinators and pharmacists to ensure pharmacy management fundamentals and tools are applied.
• Monitor the overall management system across missions and projects.
• Participate in planning and setting up new pharmacies in country operations, contributing to design and implementation.
• Organise and deliver training sessions, including recruitment, induction, objective setting and evaluation.
• Facilitate collaboration between the medical department and logistics/pharma supply teams.
• Develop and follow up on supply strategies for medical items with the supply team.
• Provide gap‑filling support to missions and cells when required.
