Founding Sales Executive & Luxury Sales Manager – High Commission Roles

About the role

PEGASUS is seeking visionary professionals to lead its luxury residential sales and brand partnership initiatives. The positions include a Founding Sales Executive, a Global Luxury Sales Manager, and a Marketing Manager focused on high‑net‑worth clientele. All roles operate with high autonomy, flexible hours, and a commission‑only compensation structure.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and close relationships with UHNW and HNW individuals interested in early residency and brand ambassadorship.
• Generate qualified buyer leads, nurture long‑term relationships, and guide clients through reservation and purchase processes.
• Recruit, onboard, and support an international network of sales partners, ambassadors, and referral agents.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns, partnership initiatives, and lead‑generation activities.
• Coordinate private events, presentations, and media outreach to enhance brand visibility.

Required profile

• Extensive network within luxury, private‑client, family‑office, yachting, real‑estate, private‑aviation, wellness, or hospitality circles.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven track record in luxury sales or relationship‑driven business development.
• Strong communication skills and ability to represent the PEGASUS vision to elite audiences.
