Freelance Digital Marketing Specialist – Auto Parts SEO

About the role

A freelance SEO specialist is needed to lead SEO initiatives for four auto parts shop websites, each with its own tailored strategy to improve organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic. The engagement is fully remote, lasts up to six months and focuses on measurable improvements in search rankings and discoverability.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth SEO audits for each shop website, covering technical, on-page and local SEO factors
• Develop and execute custom keyword research and mapping for each shop
• Implement or document on-page optimizations such as meta tags, content structure and internal linking
• Address technical SEO issues like site speed, mobile usability and crawlability
• Optimize Google Business Profiles and local citations where relevant
• Document all recommendations and changes clearly
• Track and report on KPIs such as organic traffic, keyword rankings and conversion metrics
• Present regular progress updates and actionable insights to stakeholders

Required profile

• Proven experience managing SEO for multiple websites, ideally in the automotive or retail sector
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization and local SEO best practices
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends and turn findings into actionable strategies
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills
• Experience working remotely and managing projects independently
• Availability for a 6-month contract engagement
