Freelance Graphic Designer – Junior Role

About the role

We are looking for a freelance Junior Graphic Designer to shape the visual identity of a luxury fragrance and lifestyle brand. Working fully remotely, you will lead creative execution for product launches, marketing campaigns, packaging, in‑store experiences and digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts for product launches, packaging and multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Design packaging, labels and in‑store marketing materials that meet luxury brand standards.
• Create digital assets for social media, email newsletters and website platforms.
• Produce print‑ready files for promotional and retail use.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
• Contribute to product launch creative development and multi‑channel campaign planning.
• Provide motion graphics or video content when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury, beauty, fragrance, fashion or consumer product branding.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, packaging design and marketing creative.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
• Excellent visual branding, typography and multi‑channel campaign skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Fully remote work setup with effective collaboration skills.
