Freelance Transportation Forecast Analyst

About the role

Lightly AG, a YC‑backed deep‑tech startup in Zurich, is looking for freelance professionals with a background in the transportation sector to help evaluate AI‑generated transport forecasts. The role is part‑time (minimum 10 hours per week) and can be performed remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assess the accuracy and quality of AI‑generated transport forecasts using a provided rubric.
• Document findings and provide clear feedback on forecast performance.
• Collaborate with the data science team to improve forecasting models.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of recent experience in the transportation sector, preferably with forecasting work.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet a minimum commitment of 10 hours per week.
