Front Arena Developer – Banking (Zurich)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Front Arena Developer to join a leading banking client in Zurich. You will enhance the Front Arena platform, delivering new risk and valuation capabilities while working within an agile delivery framework.

Key responsibilities

• Customize and extend Front Arena to support trading, mid‑office, valuation and risk functions.
• Design, develop, test and deploy robust functionalities across trading and back‑office ecosystems.
• Lead integration efforts between Front Arena and upstream/downstream systems such as pricing engines, market data feeds and risk engines.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis and resolve complex production incidents efficiently.
• Contribute to change and release management processes within an agile environment.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in Front Arena roles supporting trading, valuation and risk.
• 8+ years of hands‑on development using Front Arena AEL, ACM and ADFL.
• Strong understanding of capital markets, especially structured products and equity derivatives.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize dynamically.
