About the role

The reception team of the 25hours Hotel Zürich Langstrasse welcomes guests from check-in to their departure, and is looking for a Front Office Agent. The position is offered on a 4-day week, with three days off each week.

Key responsibilities

Make sure guests are not just contented but enthusiastic
Keep calm and handle check-ins smoothly, even when many guests arrive at once
Ensure the reception runs smoothly when guests arrive
Prepare for the shift and leave the Front Office fully cleaned up

Required profile

Hospitality training and some professional front office experience
Fluent German and English; additional languages are an advantage
Able to inspire both colleagues and guests, with local knowledge of the town
A doer who admits mistakes openly

What we offer

Full-time work of only four days a week
