About the role
The 25hours Hotel Zürich West, the first 25hours Hotel in Switzerland and designed by Alfredo Häberli, is looking for a Front Office Agent. You will join the reception team and make sure guests are happy from arrival to departure, working in a 4-day week with three days off.
Key responsibilities
- Make sure guests are not just contented but enthusiastic
- Keep calm and handle check-ins smoothly, even when many guests arrive at once
- Ensure the reception runs smoothly on arrival
- Prepare for each shift and leave the front office clean
Required profile
- Hospitality training and some professional front office experience
- Fluent German and English; additional languages are an advantage
- Able to inspire both colleagues and guests, with local knowledge and tips
- Open about mistakes and brings character as well as ability
