Frontend (React) Developer – Financial Platforms

About the role

We are looking for a Frontend (React) Developer to join a Zurich‑based banking client and build high‑performance financial platforms. You will work in an agile, cross‑functional team to deliver secure, scalable user interfaces for mission‑critical applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain complex React and TypeScript front‑ends with a focus on performance, security and maintainability.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Implement state‑management solutions, optimise rendering performance and integrate with backend services.
• Modernise and refactor existing codebases, ensuring adherence to design‑system standards and shared component libraries.
• Provide troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis and support for both development and production environments.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong analytical, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive attitude with the capacity to influence technical direction within an agile team.
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland (Swiss national, EU citizen or holder of a valid Swiss work permit).
