Full-Stack Engineer (Entry to Mid-Level)

About the role

Dyneo is looking for an entry‑to‑mid‑level Full‑Stack Engineer to join its Geneva team. You will build and maintain web applications for clients and internal tools, contributing to the company’s mission to decarbonise heating across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full‑stack web applications (front‑end and back‑end) for external clients and internal teams.
• Design polished, user‑friendly interfaces and manage UI/UX aspects of projects.
• Define and evolve software architecture, including code‑base structure, technical choices and best practices.
• Gather customer requirements and translate them into concrete technical solutions.
• Analyse application usage data and propose data‑driven improvements.

Required skills

• Proficiency in at least one back‑end language such as Python, Java, TypeScript or PHP.
• Experience with a front‑end framework like Vue or React.
• Practical knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerised environments (preferred).
