Full Stack Engineer

About the role

SCRYPT is building a next‑generation operating system for digital assets used by banks, asset managers, fintechs and payment providers. We need a Full Stack Engineer who primarily lives on the frontend but can also own backend features to deliver fast, trustworthy, and intuitive crypto‑trading products.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement user‑facing components such as trading dashboards, portfolio views, compliance reports and internal tools.
• Write clean, performant TypeScript and React code that handles real‑time data, complex state and high‑stakes financial information.
• Develop and maintain Node.js APIs when features require custom backend logic.
• Integrate blockchain data sources via APIs like The Graph or Dune Analytics and translate chain data into user‑friendly displays.
• Implement robust identity and access management using OAuth 2.0, OIDC and MFA.
• Apply event‑driven patterns and choose appropriate polling or streaming mechanisms for real‑time UI updates.
• Monitor production performance (latency, rendering, error rates) and troubleshoot issues.
• Leverage AI coding assistants (e.g., Copilot, Cursor) while ensuring generated code meets quality and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate closely with compliance, legal and operations teams, communicating clearly in English.

Required profile

• Strong eye for UI/UX in a financial context, understanding data density, latency perception and error handling.
• Ownership mindset: you ship code and stay accountable for its performance in production.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments and translating vague requirements into concrete solutions.
• Fluent written and spoken English for cross‑functional collaboration.
