Full-Stack Software Engineer (80-100%)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing ConTech SaaS startup transforming cost estimation for construction SMEs. As a Full‑Stack Software Engineer you will design, develop, and maintain both mobile and web applications, working closely with UI/UX, testing, and revenue teams to deliver user‑friendly features.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑architect and evolve the platform architecture alongside the CTO, supporting a live service used by 200+ customers.
• Accelerate feature delivery by building and deploying full‑stack solutions that enhance the active user base.
• Take operational ownership of the codebase, troubleshoot live issues, and ensure high availability.
• Improve engineering practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and code quality.
• Collaborate with revenue and product teams to turn customer feedback into scalable technical solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full‑Stack Software Engineer.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong object‑oriented programming background; currently using C# but open to Java, Go, C++ or Rust.
• Proficient with Git workflows (branching, PRs, merges).
• DevOps mindset with experience in CI pipelines and continuous delivery.
• Fluent English and a proactive startup attitude.
