Fullstack Node.js Developer (80-100%)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Fullstack Node.js Developer to join our Engineering Products division. You will work in a multicultural, cross‑functional team that builds innovative marketing solutions for Swiss SMEs, collaborating closely with product, sales and customer‑success colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor both internal and customer‑facing applications.
• Integrate third‑party services to create effective customer solutions.
• Support product, sales, and onboarding teams in their day‑to‑day operations.
• Maintain and support cloud‑based solutions hosted on Google Cloud Platform.
• Contribute to system design and solution architecture in an Agile environment.
• Leverage AI systems to enhance performance and quality.

Required profile

• Professional development experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Proven knowledge of Node.js and frameworks such as Express, Sails, or NestJS.
• Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks (Vue, React, Angular); Vue/Nuxt is a plus.
• Some experience with Kubernetes, infrastructure‑as‑code and cloud services.
• Strong ability to understand and drive customer and business needs.
• Fluency in English.
