Full‑time VFR Flight Instructor (Switzerland)

About the role

AeLo Swiss Academy seeks a full‑time VFR Flight Instructor to deliver high‑quality flight training at Locarno Airport. All instruction is conducted in English, and the role involves both classroom and in‑flight teaching.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct VFR flight lessons for student pilots.
• Prepare lesson plans and briefing materials in English.
• Assess student performance and provide feedback.
• Participate in on‑site assessment interviews and practical teaching demonstrations.
• Collaborate with the school’s administration for scheduling and student progress tracking.

Required profile

• Excellent command of English, as all instruction is delivered in this language.
• Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL) or Airline Transport Pilot Licence (ATPL) with a valid Flight Instructor (FI) certificate.
• SEP (Single‑Engine Piston) rating.
• Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
• Willingness to relocate to Switzerland or reside near Locarno Airport.
