FX Business Developer (French/English) – Geneva

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual (French/English) FX Business Developer to join the foreign exchange department of a leading brokerage firm in Geneva. You will be responsible for expanding the corporate client base, driving revenue through structured FX solutions, and representing the firm at industry events.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads among SMEs, mid‑cap and large corporates with FX or interest‑rate exposure.
• Research and map key decision‑makers (CFOs, Treasurers, Finance Directors).
• Design and execute outreach campaigns via cold calls, LinkedIn, email and referrals.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline through networking, conferences and trade shows.
• Leverage existing relationships for warm introductions and brand awareness.
• Report activity, pipeline and conversion metrics to management.
• Collaborate with internal departments, including structuring and trading teams.

Required profile

• Superior academic background.
• Experience as an FX Sales Trader or Dealer within a broker, investment bank, corporate bank or exchange platform.
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills with a proven track record in corporate FX sales.
• Customer‑focused mindset and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• High risk and compliance awareness, adhering to company policies and regulations.
