About the role
This position is for a Gaming Sales Manager who will drive growth within the mobile gaming ecosystem. You will build strategic relationships with gaming publishers, brands and influencers, connecting them to campaigns across major social platforms. The role offers global exposure, autonomy and the chance to shape innovative marketing initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to acquire new clients in mobile gaming.
- Maintain an international sales pipeline through prospecting, outreach and relationship management.
- Lead commercial negotiations, close partnership agreements and ensure long‑term business objectives.
- Research emerging market opportunities and expand business development globally.
- Collaborate with internal campaign, marketing and account teams for successful client onboarding and execution.
- Contribute ideas to improve sales processes, strategies and operational efficiency.
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and account development.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in the mobile gaming industry.
- At least 1 year in sales, business development, account or campaign management within influencer marketing.
- Strong B2B sales track record with proven revenue growth.
- Excellent written and verbal English and German communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Organizational, project‑management and time‑management capabilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
