Global Head of Brand & Digital Experience

About the role

Roche is seeking a visionary leader to own its global brand and digital experience. Reporting to the Communications Leadership team, you will shape the company’s brand identity and drive a world‑class digital ecosystem that engages patients, partners and employees worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a high‑performing global team of 40+ digital and brand experts, fostering an inclusive, innovative culture.
• Define and execute the future‑state digital communications strategy across corporate websites, social media and internal channels.
• Architect the vision, governance and rollout of AI‑enabled communications to keep Roche at the forefront of digital innovation.
• Transform data and advanced analytics capabilities into predictive insights that guide communication strategies.
• Steward the corporate brand strategy, ensuring cohesive and modern creative expressions across all touchpoints.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, translating complex achievements into high‑impact digital narratives.

Required profile

• Proven executive‑level experience in a global, highly regulated, matrix organization.
• Demonstrated ability to inspire, lead and develop large, cross‑functional teams.
• Strong strategic mindset with a focus on brand stewardship and digital transformation.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, inclusive leadership style.
