Global Marketing Director

About the role

The Global Marketing Director will partner directly with the CEO to shape and execute the long‑term brand strategy of a premium beauty company. This senior role combines strategic vision with hands‑on execution to transform a product‑driven business into a distinctive global brand.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve brand positioning, value proposition and a 3‑year marketing strategy in collaboration with product development and the CEO.
• Translate scientific concepts into luxury storytelling and consumer‑focused propositions.
• Own the marketing budget, allocate investments and measure performance to maximise business impact.
• Lead the annual marketing plan across communications, digital, product launches and brand activations.
• Drive cross‑functional execution with Digital and Product teams, strengthening brand awareness and customer engagement worldwide.
• Establish a performance‑driven culture using KPIs, dashboards and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Design the future marketing operating model, governance and processes, and create a Marketing Playbook for consistent global execution.

Required profile

• 12‑15 years of progressive marketing experience, including digital marketing exposure.
• Proven track record in both strategic and operational marketing roles.
• International experience in a global or regional capacity, preferably in premium beauty, professional skincare or cosmetics.
• Experience in the US and/or Swiss markets is a plus.
