About the role
Global Strategic Sourcing Manager – Indirects & Business Services will lead a $500M+ global spend portfolio for a leading consumer goods company, driving category strategy, commercial negotiations and digital innovation across business services.
Key responsibilities
- Own global category strategies and lead high‑stakes contract negotiations across business services, real estate, fleet, facilities and professional services.
- Partner directly with global VPs and C‑suite leaders to optimise spend, cash flow and supplier performance.
- Manage Zero‑Based Budgeting policies, spending targets and payment‑terms optimisation.
- Guide regional procurement teams across six geographic zones to implement global sourcing playbooks locally.
Required profile
- 4–8 years of experience in indirect strategic sourcing, category management or top‑tier strategy consulting.
- Strong analytical background with advanced quantitative capabilities such as data modelling and Excel.
- Proactive, highly accountable “owner” mindset with exceptional cross‑functional influence.
- Fluent English and a valid right to work in Switzerland (EU/EFTA passport or Swiss permit).
