Global Quality Manager – 6‑Month Temporary Assignment

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Global Quality Manager for a 6‑month temporary assignment, supporting our partner F. Hoffmann‑La Roche in Basel and Kaiseraugst. The role ensures regulatory compliance and quality oversight across the Roche IMP Distribution Network.

Key responsibilities

• Act as Delegate of the Swiss Responsible Person, making final quality decisions.
• Maintain global QA oversight for the Roche IMP Distribution Network and PTDS‑L.
• Lead deviation management, performing product quality impact assessments and reviewing CAPA proposals.
• Manage the full lifecycle of quality documentation and change records for internal and external procedures.
• Drive and support all GxP inspections and audits.
• Oversee temperature excursion management for clinical trials, including assessments and expert statements.
• Review and approve IMP supply & release flowcharts, transfer requests, and expert opinions for clinical studies.
• Establish and approve Master Quality Agreements and Quality Agreements.
• Handle complaint management for clinical trials within the Roche network.
• Support quality‑related projects and continuous improvement activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field (e.g., Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering).
• Minimum 3 years of quality‑assurance experience with a strong focus on compliance.
• Deep knowledge of regulated GxP environments (GMP/GDP).
• Fluent written and spoken English; German is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Veeva Vault QMS (preferred).
