Global Quality Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Global Quality Manager to lead quality and compliance for Investigational Medicinal Products (IMP) across the clinical supply chain. The role reports to the IMP Quality Distribution department and works closely with Global Clinical Supply Chain Management Distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the appointed Delegate of the Swiss Responsible Person (FvP) and make final quality decisions.
• Maintain global QA oversight for the entire IMP distribution network and its business counterpart PTDS‑L.
• Lead deviation management, performing product quality impact assessments and reviewing third‑party evaluations and CAPA proposals.
• Own the lifecycle of quality documentation and change records, establishing, reviewing and approving internal and external procedures.
• Drive and support all GxP inspections and audits, ensuring readiness and compliance.
• Approve complex IMP supply and release flowcharts and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field.
• Minimum three years of QA experience in a regulated GMP/GDP environment.
• Fluent in English; German is a strong asset.
• Proactive problem‑solver with strong analytical abilities.
• Experience authoring Master Quality Agreements and managing clinical trial complaint systems.
