Global Supply Chain Drop‑Shipping Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Global Supply Chain Drop‑Shipping Agent to manage OEM purchase orders and coordinate drop‑shipping activities with third‑party suppliers worldwide. The role is based in Rotkreuz and requires strong collaboration across procurement, logistics, and supply‑chain functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage OEM purchase orders to global third‑party suppliers and monitor product availability and on‑time delivery.
• Coordinate activities between procurement and supply‑chain teams worldwide for OEM orders.
• Initiate and manage supplier returns efficiently.
• Process SAP inbound deliveries, generate virtual goods receipts and issues, and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Monitor system alerts, resolve interface issues, and maintain data integrity.
• Lead onboarding of third‑party vendors, ensuring compliance, documentation, and system readiness for drop‑shipping.
• Optimize the logistics network for drop‑shipping where applicable.

Required profile

• Commercial or technical education with additional studies in supply‑chain management, import/export or related fields.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in order management, logistics or supply‑chain operations.
• Experience in a life‑sciences environment (pharma, diagnostics, medical devices) is a plus.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Strong communication, organizational and teamwork abilities.
