Global Warehouse Fleet Manager

About the role

AB InBev is looking for a Global Warehouse Fleet Manager to lead the optimisation of its worldwide fleet of material handling equipment across breweries and distribution centres. The role combines data‑driven analysis, financial modelling and cross‑functional collaboration to improve asset productivity, reduce total cost of ownership and guide capital investment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global strategy for warehouse fleet optimisation covering owned and leased equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and AGVs.
• Leverage telematics and operational data to increase asset utilisation and productivity.
• Conduct fleet rightsizing analyses using benchmarking, historical data and future volume forecasts.
• Identify and deliver cost‑saving opportunities across fleet ownership, leasing, maintenance and operations.
• Evaluate fleet investment requests, validate business cases and recommend capital allocation in line with finance policies.
• Collaborate with Global Procurement and suppliers to improve performance and cost efficiency.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or Economics.
• At least 8 years of experience in warehouse capacity planning, industrial engineering, supply‑chain strategy or related fields.
• Proven track record managing or optimising material handling equipment fleets.
• Strong experience using telematics platforms and fleet analytics to drive operational and financial improvements.
