GPG Insulation & Components APQP Leader

About the role

The GPG Insulation & Components APQP Leader is responsible for implementing and maintaining Foundation APQP essentials for GPG I&C Quality. You will work remotely while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to keep APQP processes up‑to‑date.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate development of the Foundation APQP plan and lead related meetings.
• Collect and prepare documentation, acting as the main liaison between QMT, factories, global experts and R&D.
• Participate in Foundation FMEA workshops and support hubs and factories in applying APQP essentials.
• Assist R&D in using APQP foundations for new product development and ensure proper transfer in ToT projects.
• Administer the GPG I&C Plato platform, train cross‑functional teams and keep foundation content current.

Required profile

• Technical degree from a university.
• 3‑5 years of experience with APQP, preferably in automotive or wind industries.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive process improvements.

Required skills

• APQP methodology.
• FMEA, PPAP, SPC and MSA techniques.
• Experience with Plato (advantage).
