Graduate Audit Insurance Analyst

About the role

KPMG is looking for a motivated graduate to join its Audit Insurance team in Zurich. You will work on audits of consolidated and annual financial statements under IFRS and Swiss accounting standards, both on‑site and in a flexible hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct and support audits of financial statements for national and international insurance clients.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to gain insights into the insurance industry.
• Apply regulatory requirements, risk management principles and advanced accounting concepts.
• Utilize next‑generation audit technology to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset and ability to work independently.
• Resilient, proactive and customer‑focused attitude.
• Excellent German and English communication skills; French is a plus.
