Graduate Sales Program – Switzerland

About the role

This Graduate Sales Program offers recent graduates a fast‑track entry into the European PayTech market. Over 12 months you will rotate through two departments, work on real business cases and build a solid foundation for a long‑term sales career.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in two 6‑month rotations across sales‑related functions.
• Analyse customer needs and support the development of payment solutions.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams on real business projects.
• Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Graduated within the past 12 months or will graduate within the next 6 months with a master’s degree in Engineering, STEM, Economics, Business, Law or related fields.
• Fluent in English and German; French or Italian is a plus.
• Prior sales experience and international exposure (study or work abroad).
• Legal right to work in Switzerland.
• Motivated, curious and ready to take ownership of projects.
