Growth Lead – Recruitment & Staffing DACH

About the role

Elevate Change is seeking a Growth Lead to drive its recruitment and staffing business across the German‑Swiss market. You will be responsible for both the Frankfurt and Zurich locations, shaping strategy, building client relationships and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the legally responsible person for Elevate’s Swiss temporary‑staffing licence.
• Lead and expand the business in Frankfurt and Zurich, targeting both temporary staffing and direct placement.
• Develop new client relationships and grow the market presence in Germany and Switzerland.
• Collaborate with the German team to align cross‑border strategy.
• Provide guidance and oversight to the existing operational/recruitment colleague.
• Maintain ongoing compliance with Swiss labour‑leasing regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of professional experience in HR, recruitment or staffing.
• University degree or recognised Swiss HR diploma/certification.
• Clean debt‑collection register extract and criminal record.
• Strong sales and business‑development orientation.
• Fluent in German and English; French is a plus.
• Willingness to work across both Frankfurt and Zurich locations.
