Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands and needs a Growth Marketer to attract brands, generate leads and convert them into customers. This is a hands‑on, entrepreneurial position where you will design, execute and optimise growth initiatives across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or several growth channels end‑to‑end, defining strategy, launching campaigns and being accountable for results.
• Generate leads and drive sign‑ups through paid advertising, SEO, outbound outreach, referrals and other tactics.
• Run rapid experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels and offers; discontinue under‑performing ideas and scale the successful ones.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, automation and speed.
• Build high‑converting funnels and landing pages while obsessively tracking performance metrics.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and prioritising growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Fast learner who can quickly master new channels and tools.
• Strong desire to become an expert growth marketer.
• Self‑directed and scrappy, able to set goals and figure out how to achieve them without constant guidance.
• Analytical mindset comfortable with data, attribution and turning insights into action.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with at least one of the following: paid advertising, SEO, outbound outreach, content creation, lifecycle marketing or funnel building for B2C brands.
• Proficiency with AI‑enabled marketing tools for research, copy, targeting and automation.
