Guest Services Team Leader

About the role

The Guest Services Team Leader ensures the smooth operation of the Guest Services department at Six Senses Crans Montana, delivering exceptional experiences that align with the brand’s wellness and sustainability standards. This role coordinates arrivals, departures, and transportation while maintaining high service quality across all guest touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of Guest Services and Drivers, overseeing guest arrivals, departures, and transport services.
• Manage luggage handling, ensuring timely, secure, and accurate delivery.
• Coordinate guest transportation, including airport transfers and internal resort movements.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of lobby, driveway, and arrival areas.
• Monitor and maintain resort vehicles and buggies for operational readiness.
• Collaborate with Concierge, Front Office, and external transport providers to meet guest needs.
• Review daily arrivals, VIPs, groups, and special requirements for proactive planning.
• Handle guest complaints, feedback, and special requests with immediate action.
• Ensure compliance with safety, fire, and emergency procedures.
• Oversee inventory of operational supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
• Conduct regular inspections of vehicles, lobby, and guest areas and report incidents.
