Hardware Engineer – PCB Design & EMC

About the role

We are seeking a Hardware Engineer to join our hardware team and develop new products or modules that meet EMC standards. The role involves full‑cycle hardware design, close collaboration with firmware, software, test and mechanical engineers, as well as external component suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Electronic board‑level design using Altium.
• Select and evaluate components for new designs.
• Design and simulate analog/digital circuits with PSpice.
• Create schematics, BOMs, PCB layouts, assembly drawings and test procedures.
• Prototype, test, debug, and perform fault diagnosis on new designs.
• Participate in Critical Design Review processes.
• Support transfer of designs to production.

Required profile

• Completed engineering degree in electronics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of analog/digital hardware design experience; high‑voltage background is a plus.
• Strong proficiency with Altium PCB layout tools.
• Willingness to leverage AI tools for productivity and decision‑making.
• Basic knowledge of EMC immunity and experience designing for good EMC performance.
• Proven ability to follow the complete hardware design process and produce high‑quality documentation.
• Effective teamwork, communication across engineering disciplines, and ability to work under pressure.
