Head of Business Process Excellence

About the role

The Global Operational Excellence team is seeking a visionary leader to head the Business Process Excellence function for the Idea-to-Product domain. Reporting to the Senior Director for Operational Excellence, you will shape the future of creation processes across Apparel & Accessories and Footwear, driving AI‑enabled digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a long‑term vision and roadmap for business processes, workflows and next‑generation digital capabilities.
• Document current workflows, identify optimisation opportunities and design a "Northstar" future way of working, including digital‑twin concepts.
• Partner with the Technology team as primary business owner to gather requirements, design solutions and align capabilities with strategic goals.
• Act as the spokesperson for operational teams, make critical trade‑off decisions, manage the user base and lead a dedicated team of 5‑7 professionals.
• Lead the Business Architecture team, overseeing end‑to‑end mapping, scaling and structuring of organisational capabilities.
• Engage senior stakeholders, providing strategic sparring for Product Strategy, Innovation, Design, Development and Sourcing.
• Coordinate training programmes and drive adoption of new tools and capabilities across the organisation.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in business process management, digital transformation or operational excellence.
• Proven track record of building and leading high‑performing teams, preferably with 5+ direct reports.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting and developing top‑tier talent to create new organisational units.
• Deep understanding of the Idea‑to‑Product value chain and creation processes within apparel and footwear.
