Head of Capital Formation & Investor Relations (Remote)

About the role

The Head of Capital Formation & Investor Relations will lead all fundraising and investor‑relations activities for Limestone Capital AG’s strategies. Based remotely, you will shape capital‑formation plans, engage prospective investors and ensure transparent communication with existing partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute capital‑formation plans, source new investors and manage pipelines for funds and co‑investments.
• Oversee the end‑to‑end fundraising process, including preparation of investor materials, presentations and due‑diligence coordination.
• Respond to investor inquiries, maintain accurate CRM and reporting dashboards, and produce quarterly updates, performance reviews and compliance disclosures.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, investment, finance and legal teams to align fundraising initiatives with portfolio strategy.
• Represent Limestone Capital at conferences, roadshows and virtual events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in capital formation, fundraising or investor relations within private equity, real‑estate, hospitality or related alternative‑investment sectors.
• Strong financial analysis and performance‑reporting capabilities, with solid understanding of fund structures, investment terms and capital‑markets dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to craft clear investor materials for institutional and sophisticated investors.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with family offices, institutional investors and high‑net‑worth individuals.
• Experience managing a CRM or investor database with high attention to documentation and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics or related field; advanced degree or professional designation (CFA, CAIA) is a plus.
• Comfort working independently in a remote setting and collaborating with cross‑functional senior stakeholders.
